Racine has four shelters that serve people experiencing homelessness. Each one is has a specific service area. Entry requirements and availability of space vary.

  • HALO (Homeless Leadership Assistance Organization):

    HALO is Racine’s main shelter for men, women, and families. HALO provides case management and other services for shelter residents.

    WRC serves people who are fleeing domestic violence.
